Thinking on another level gets Barrie his results. One client thought they had to demolish a house to get a duplex development on the site. Barrie approached the Government and the Member paid several thousand dollars to extend sewage lines. That coupled with a number of other elements, including moving the front door to the side of the house meant the original house was able to be retained and renovated, generating a significant boost to profitability.

SOILS R US has been an Member for some time and with the progress made had determined it appropriate to build a function specific commercial site in a new sub-division in Perth's Northern suburbs - Ellenbrook Commercial Precinct (with planning and building approval by the City of Swan).
